I am participating in the night afternoon tea that I reserved for 9 PM at the lounge located on the 17th floor of the hotel where I am staying. Since there is no plan for one person, I will make a reservation for two people.

My Osaka girlfriend is busy and my Korean girlfriend could come, but something happened and I will use it alone.🤣

I inform the staff of the situation and ask them that I can eat the two-person portion by myself, so I can use it alone. I cannot do it in places where I cannot pay for two people, so I need permission.

Fortunately, they gladly accepted and I am guided to a window seat with a view of Osaka.

The drink menu is a choice of champagne, cocktail, nama, whiskey, black tea, and coffee, and since I am alone, I can have two.🥂

This is a one-drink plan, not a nomihodai plan. I choose champagne for the first drink. This is the composition of the night afternoon tea.

The bottom of the 3-tier tray is filled with savory charcuterie, salmon salad, and cheese & butter platter that go well with alcohol.

The middle is made up of sweets such as strawberry whipped cream cake, macaroons, and jelly panna cotta.

The top is piled high with fresh strawberries. I didn't count them all, but there were close to 40.

It feels like they poured a whole box. On this day, I ate breakfast and didn't have lunch separately, so I just had snacks here and there and spent the day.

I prepared enough for two people to eat the afternoon tea alone. Maybe that's why the portions aren't too big and it pairs well with champagne.

I also chose champagne for the second glass and enjoyed it. The cake was really delicious. 🍰🍓 When I'm a little drunk, I just take the elevator and go to my room.

That's why I often enjoy afternoon tea at the hotel I'm staying at. It's a very peaceful and reassuring moment.

When leaving the room, I usually only take my cell phone and room key, but it is convenient to leave the payment in the room and do it when checking out. The night view is also beautiful. Thank you.
