[Hyogo, Kobe] Chinatown in Nankinmachi

When I travel to Kobe, the nightlife is definitely Chinatown in Nankinmachi! The scenery and the air changed as soon as I entered Nankinmachi! 😳 The colorful buildings and the smell of Chinese food made it seem like the only place not in Japan. 😳 I had to eat Chinese food since I'd come all the way there! 😳 I was led inside by a young lady standing in front of a restaurant. ♫ I ordered my favorite xiaolongbao (soy dumplings), mapo tofu, shrimp mayonnaise, and shark fin, which I'd never tried before. ♫ My impression of the shark fin, which is said to be a luxury ingredient, was, "Huh? So that's it..." 😂 The xiaolongbao were consistently delicious, but the mapo tofu surprised me! It looked so spicy I couldn't handle it, but the sansho pepper added just the right amount and it was absolutely delicious. 🥰 Chinese food pairs so well with beer! 🍻 I had a great time in Kobe! ✨
