Evian Coffee is a long-established coffee roaster in Motomachi, Kobe.

I found a coffee shop with a nice atmosphere and decided to go in.

I had the Evian Pudding, which has the shop's name on the menu, with a coffee set.

The pudding is delicious, of course.

The thing I felt most about this pudding was the caramel.

The rich caramel flavor.

It left a strong impression on my mouth.

As this is a shop that has been focusing on sweets as well as coffee for many years, I felt that it really made a difference from other shops.

Maybe it's the taste of history 😊
