A Reward After a Business Trip! Enjoying Exquisite Bonito at Hirome Market.

After a business trip, I stopped by Kochi's Hirome Market with a senior colleague from work.

Despite being overwhelmed by the lively atmosphere, our main goal was, of course, the exquisite bonito. The fresh, fatty bonito tataki was truly exceptional, and the moment I took a bite, all my fatigue vanished.

The market also offers many other enticing dishes, all so delicious that it's hard to choose. The conversation with my senior colleague was lively, and we had a wonderful time. It's an ideal place to drop by after work, and it's a lovely market that makes me want to visit again.
