If you come to Kochi, you have to come here! Ryoma Statue and Katsurahama Beach

〒781-0262 Urado, Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture

Katsurahama is one of the most famous scenic spots in Kochi Prefecture.

It has long been known as a famous spot for viewing the moon, and the scenery is said to be included in the lyrics of the Kochi song "Yosakoi Bushi." It is a magnificent scenic spot where the green of the pine trees and the deep blue sea harmonize on the arch-shaped coast, and there is a bronze statue of Kochi's hero, Sakamoto Ryoma, and the statue looking out towards the rough waves of the Pacific Ocean is very famous.

The entire beach is "Katsurahama Park," and there is a shop within the park. There are also facilities such as "Tosainu Park" (it smells really bad) and "Katsurahama Aquarium" (admission fee is high). #breathtakingview #SakamotoRyoma #Shikoku #Kochitourism
