A magnificent view! Katsurahama Beach in Kochi!

Katsurahama is famous for its statue of Ryoma Sakamoto. It can be reached by taking a local bus from Kochi Station in about 30 minutes.

I visited around 9am, so there were hardly any tourists and I was able to take photos relatively freely.

Katsurahama is not just a place to enjoy the scenery, it also has an aquarium, so families with children can enjoy it. (It wasn't open when I visited, but it was a #breathtaking view.)
