One of the famous work out spot in Penang for the locals would be Air Itam Dam! It is a picturesque and scenic walk around the dam, filled with lush greeneries, refreshing breeze, and a dam! It is definitely worth a drive and walk here, many photo spots here and there. We managed to spot a little bit of the magnificent Kek Lok Si temple from this dam as well. There are ample parking spaces at the area, but might be a little crowded on weekend mornings. Nature lovers would love this place, away from the hustling bustling Penang city!

I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!
