When it comes to Koh Mak, many people are familiar with the image of a long wooden bridge extending into the sea, the beautiful views on Koh Kham, or the relaxing beachside kayak photo opportunities. Today, we'll take you to a hidden viewpoint: Laem Tukata.
Laem Tukata is another stunning viewpoint on Koh Mak that's rarely visited. Climbing to the top requires caution, as the path is slippery and steep. Upon reaching the top, you'll encounter a high cliff that can only accommodate one or two people, offering a panoramic 180-degree view of the sea. In addition to the clifftop viewpoint, you can also walk down a separate path to enjoy the view and photos below. Below Laem Tukata, a beach nestled between a mountain crevice, features pinkish-white pebbles instead of sand. This spot is ideal for a photo opportunity, as it's relatively untouched by tourists, allowing plenty of time to pose and share with social media. If you're visiting Koh Mak, don't forget to visit Laem Tukata!
