The original "Moken Village" that was settled for 100 years before there was Surin Islands National Park!!! For us, this is another highlight of Surin Islands. Everyone must visit this village. 🛖

There are about 400-500 villagers living in the village (information from the guide). The main occupation in the past was fishing and living a simple life. But when the village started to open to tourists, the villagers here earned income from making handmade bracelets and anklets to sell to tourists as souvenirs.

Personally, I like this place. I can feel the simplicity and kindness of the villagers here. They always smile at each other and welcome tourists. Impressive🫶🏻
