Wuhou Shrine 🏮

In a Chengdu summer, we wandered the stone paths of Wuhou Shrine, shaded by towering cypress trees 🌲. Crimson walls and carved halls surrounded us, while incense drifted in the warm air 🏮. Beneath dragon-tiled roofs, we moved slowly, each creak of the floor whispering stories of Zhuge Liang and ancient wisdom 📜.

Outside, koi ponds shimmered beneath lotus leaves 🐟🌿. We paused, watching the fish glide and the breeze stir quiet thoughts. Statues of Liu Bei and other heroes stood in silence, wrapped in gold-lettered history. In that stillness, we found a place where summer and the past met, calm and timeless 🔆📖.
