º Appetizer: Salt-boiled sea bream
º Assorted sashimi
º Oven-baked Spanish mackerel and spring vegetables with miso mayonnaise
º Firefly squid and spaghetti mushroom with cheese cream
º Pasta
º Minced meat cutlet with spring cabbage
º Sushi: Sea bream, tuna, flounder, grouper, and striped jack
º Soup
º Dessert: Pudding
Pudding or shiratama zenzai or roasted green tea pudding

The first dish, salt-boiled sea bream, made me want rice lol.
Everything was delicious and sold out as soon as it arrived.
They probably couldn't keep up with the production (〃▽〃)

The sushi was "Black Sushi" is made with organic brown rice black vinegar from Aya Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, organic rice from Kyushu, and honey from Romania.

Of course, the sushi is delicious!
But the pasta was even better! (〃艸〃)

I absolutely love the pudding for dessert ( ¤̴̶̷̤́ ‧̫̮ ¤̴̶̷̤̀ ) ✧
Even though this is a sushi restaurant, the pudding is amazing! ✨
The caramel is amazing!
It's more bitter than bittersweet, and incredibly delicious♥
I'm curious about their other desserts, but
I'll definitely have the pudding next time♡
