[Kitakyushu Trip] A restaurant that inherits the spirit of a legendary restaurant

When I went to Kitakyushu, I was so impressed with this udon restaurant that I wanted to return to.

I had been wanting to revisit this time, but I was disappointed to hear that it had closed.
I then heard that it had been replaced by a new restaurant in the same group.

I was curious, so I decided to give it a try!❣️

"Sanshin Bukkake"
We enjoyed a variety of toppings, including large, crispy burdock tempura, soft, melt-in-your-mouth eggplant simmered in dashi broth, and meat. 🥰

The eggplant was especially impressive. 🥺✨

"Zaru Udon"
The soft, glossy, and smooth noodles were incredibly delicious! ❣️

It was very popular, so there was a wait, but it was worth it. 🥰
