A tart made with garden-picked amanatsu oranges.
The tart crust is firm.
The rich amanatsu cream is refreshing.

The soup is pot-au-feu, minestrone, or pork miso soup.
I chose pot-au-feu.
The curry was full of shredded meat.
Even I, who doesn't like spicy food, was able to handle it.
The gratin was topped with mashed potatoes and a generous amount of meat sauce.♥
