Breakfast buffet that open as early as 4am

I recently stayed in Holiday Inn express KK and had an early flight depart from there. It says on the hotel notice board that breakfast start a bit around 6/7am till 1030 but when I got down to the lobby around 0340, the staff mentioned that the breakfast is ready if I’m interested. It really surprised me because not many hotel I’ve been to so far that serve breakfast that early. They have plenty of choices, nasi lemak is the highlight for me with a lot of condiments and the congee is really good too. Plenty of side dishes as well as nasi goreng, fried noodle, local pastries and western pastries as well. Coffee machine include with chocolate drinks as well. It’s worth to wake up so early for this.
