Exploring Hong Kong on a budget doesn’t mean skipping on good food. I found this hidden gem of a café and ordered their Tori Soboro rice—fluffy rice topped with soft scrambled eggs and sweet-savoury minced teriyaki chicken. It was simple, but so satisfying.

What really surprised me was how generous the portion was! With an ice lemon tea on the side, it made a refreshing and filling lunch. The place had a nostalgic, homey feel that made me want to stay longer. It’s the kind of meal that reminds you: food doesn’t need to be fancy to be perfect.
