Resort Stay: Pleasant and Memorable

We spent two nights at this resort and generally had an enjoyable time. Upon arrival at the lobby for check-in, we discovered our booking had been overlooked. Luckily, the staff swiftly got us settled into a room, minimizing any delay. Although we mentioned our anniversary in the reservation, there was no special arrangement or acknowledgment, which was slightly underwhelming. The resort itself boasts stunning design. We adored the room's decor and the tranquil balcony for unwinding. Occasionally, there was a faint sewage odor outside, but it wasn't overpowering and we managed well. The buffet breakfast presented a broad range of options, although we found only a few items to our liking. A major highlight was the amicable restaurant staff, particularly Yaya and Mimi, whose warm greetings made us feel welcome daily. We thoroughly enjoyed the sizable swimming pool, perfect for diving. Additionally, we can't forget the quaint gondola boat ride around the lake—a unique feature. Special thanks to Armas for the delightful tour. Overall, the resort is charming with picturesque surroundings and outstanding staff who made our stay memorable. With a little more attention to detail, it could elevate to an exceptional experience.
