Nice hotel in Kuala Lumpur

We had a lovely time in Kuala Lumpur staying in Mercure Hotel Shaw Parade. The location is quite central and yet it’s quiet. It’s 5 minutes walk to Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall, around 10 minutes to Pavilion Shopping Mall and many other famous locations like Jalan Alor for all the delicious seafood and local delicacies. Near the hotel, there’s coffee shops and restaurants too. Train stations are a short few minutes walk away so it’s very convenient to move around Kuala Lumpur and places out of the city centre. The room is modern, spacious and very clean and tidy as the hotel is relatively new. There’s a good size gym and although the pool size isn’t great, there’s great views of KL city from the pool area.
