My first visit here was n years ago with a best friend of mine, because I knew she’s an unagi lover, and this place was one of the earliest place to roll out the famous Nagoya Hitumabushi, which means eating grilled unagi in three styles. She liked it, and the unagi Kabayaki that I ordered was also large in portion. That visit was great.

Many years later, I came here again with my client and my family here again. But maybe the quality dropped, or I’d gained more exposure with Japanese food, I had found the flavors/cooking style of the food here leans more towards Chinese than Japanese.
