Eat and Cook in KL was one of the most creative dining experiences I’ve ever had. The space is intimate—just a few seats around the open kitchen—and watching the chefs work felt like being part of the story. Each dish was inspired by Malaysian flavors but presented in such a modern, unexpected way. I still think about the aged duck and their take on teh tarik ice cream—both packed with bold flavor and emotion. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and really taste.
