Sin Sze Si Ya Temple is an ancient Chinese temple located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. This place is full of Chinese history and culture and is the oldest temple in Kuala Lumpur. It was built in 1864 by Yap Ah Loy, a former pioneer and leader of the Chinese community in Kuala Lumpur. Inside the temple, you will find exquisite wood carvings, colorful murals on the walls, and traditional Chinese decorative ornaments. The temple houses several important deities, especially the gods Sin Sze Ya and Si Sze Ya, who are highly revered by the Hakka Chinese in Malaysia. Besides coming to pray and make wishes, visitors can also learn about the history of the overseas Chinese in Kuala Lumpur.
