Pulled up at the National Textile Museum in Kuala Lumpur and, wow, this spot is more than just a shelter from the rain! ☔ The building itself has that Insta-worthy Western architecture vibe—seriously, it's giving main character energy even when the weather's gloomy. 😍
We spent around 1 hour and 15 minutes unwinding and exploring the exhibits. If you need a chill break from the super hot or rainy weather, this is the place to go if you're around the corner.
Entry is super wallet-friendly:
- Malaysians: RM2 for adults (13+), RM1 for seniors (55+). Just bring your IC to prove you're local.
- Non-Malaysians (foreigners): RM5 for adults, RM2 for kids (6–12 years).
Heads up! It’s cash only, so make sure you have some ringgit in hand before you roll up. 🤑
Opening hours are 9am–5pm every day, making it easy to slide by anytime you need that culture fix or a dry spot to hang out.
Address: 26 Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, City Centre, 50050 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Overall, whether you’re a history geek, culture lover, or just want a laid-back escape in the heart of KL, the National Textile Museum is sooo worth a visit!
