The best ice cream in Kumamoto City

Based on local recommendations, I happened to pass by Dragon Cafe and decided to give it a try! The entrance might be a bit tricky to find, but on the other hand, it feels like a hidden gem, which is great.

I ordered a double scoop of caramel and strawberry ice cream. The caramel was incredibly rich! Its color resembled miso, and it turned out to be even more delicious and intense than I had imagined. The spices were perfectly balanced and tasted amazing!
