Wonderful Stay at Kuredu Island: A Review

We've just returned from our second visit to Kuredu, and once more, we had an excellent trip. The seaplane transfer was well planned, providing an incredible way to begin the journey. Upon arrival at the island, the delightful Sajini welcomed us and checked us in, letting us know we'd been upgraded to the Sangu resort! This was a lovely surprise and hugely appreciated since we had booked an O jacuzzi beach villa. Our previous stay at the O resort was very enjoyable, allowing us to confidently say both the O and Sangu resorts are splendid. We reserved breakfast and dinner a few times at the O resort, where staff remembered us from the previous year and welcomed us with smiles. The Sangu resort was excellent as well—we stayed in a Sangu jacuzzi beach villa for two weeks, which was charming. It was delightful to step out of the bungalow onto soft white sand, being so near the ocean. Every staff member we interacted with was amiable and very attentive; they work incredibly hard. Definitely choose either the O resort or Sangu if you're traveling without children—they're both extremely tranquil! The food and drink quality is excellent, with Sangu offering something special with a tandoori oven serving the best chicken, fish, and freshly made naan. Thanks to theme nights, meals never feel repetitive. The sunset cruise and snorkeling safari were fantastic excursions, and we were lucky enough to see dolphins on both trips. In short, it's an amazing island with remarkable staff, and we are determined to return!
