This time I had soba noodles and maitake mushroom tempura at Yasuragitei in Kusatsu Onsen!

The tempura had a crispy batter but was thin and the fresh maitake mushrooms were delicious ☺️

The soba noodles were handmade and thin, just the type I love!

Tempura is not on the menu, but they kindly listened to my request and let me order kisu and shrimp tempura separately😭✨

Sorry for asking too much🙇‍♀️💦

The kisu were really fluffy and I could have eaten about 100 of them🥲🧡

They were so delicious that I was so happy😂💓
