The reliable La Vista Akangawa! Kyoritsu Resort Inn ❤️

The room was spacious and even had its own hot spring! ♨️

For dinner, we enjoyed a luxurious dinner experience packed with Hokkaido's seasonal delicacies!

First, we devoured the crunchy blanched vegetables,
tender salmon, and flavorful herring and bamboo shoots in one go. 😋

Our first "menme simmered in a stream" was served in a clear, gentle broth,
and even the fatty skin melted in our throats.

The sashimi platter included amberjack, plump shrimp, and tuna with no fishy smell. 🐟✨

Then came the thick, tender beef tongue stew!
The rich flavor left me, who doesn't usually eat beef tongue, very satisfied! 🥘

Then, we had a kotan nabe hot pot filled with Hokkaido vegetables and seafood!
I also ordered abalone tempura, simmered rockfish, and chawanmushi with sea urchin, completing the whole experience! ✨

For the final dish, I chose rice porridge, adding an egg to the remaining cheese soup for a gentle flavor. 🍳
I devoured this in one go, too!

For dessert, I had long-tailed tit nerikiri and apple jelly. 🍎
It looked so cute and I was totally satisfied. 💕

The portions were just right, and if you're feeling a bit overwhelmed, they offer a complimentary "night naki soba" (soba noodles served at night). 🌙
Unfortunately, meals start at 8 PM, so I had to give up... 💦

For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western options the day before.
I went for the Western option!
I was given a small portion of the Japanese food, so I enjoyed both!

The hot spring water in the large public bath was perfectly temperature.
In the open-air bath, I was able to hear the sound of the river flowing, even in the rain, which was soothing. 🌧️

The rain had stopped the next morning, and soaking in the hot springs while overlooking the river was amazing!

There were also three private baths! 🕯️
When you enter, a light comes on, so you can enjoy it when it's open.✨
Well, I can't always bathe in the hot springs that often! lol😂

After my bath, they had a drink called Katsugen, similar to Yakult. I tried it for the first time and it was delicious!

The next morning, the rain stopped and I noticed a beautiful river flowing outside my room window! ❤️
It was a very charming and relaxing stay.🌿💛

A truly relaxing Onjuku where you can enjoy a spectacular hot spring and delicious food.✨
