Every year, Kifune Shrine will be lit up at night for about a month starting in July with Tanabata bamboo decorations🎋

This year, in 2021, it will be held from July 1st to August 15th, from dusk to 20:00✨

Why not write your wishes on colorful strips of paper at Kifune Shrine, surrounded by greenery⛩

I'm also planning to go somewhere during this period. I haven't written my wishes on strips of paper much on Tanabata until now, so I thought I'd do it for a change💦

Access: Take the train bound for Ichihara from Eizan Electric Railway's Demachiyanagi Station, which is a 3-minute walk from Keihan Railway's Demachiyanagi Station, for about 20 minutes. From Ichihara Station, take a 5-minute bus ride to Kifuneguchi. From Kifuneguchi, take a 13-minute bus ride to Kifune. From there, it's a 7-minute walk.

The above method is an example. It's a little hard to get to, but there are several ways to get there, so choose the one that suits your time of day♪
