Kyoto Station Building! At the top of the stairs to the observation gate, there was a space with almost no people.

I walked from the observation gate to the large staircase. There were no people or only a few people at Kyoto Station, which is usually full of people! I was surprised at how much the scenery changed just by climbing the stairs.
