The cherry blossom season was almost over, but there were still a few cherry blossoms left at Keage Incline🌸
Keage Incline is located near Nanzenji Temple and is the remains of the world's longest inclined railway, with a total length of 582m.
It is the remains of an inclined railway that was laid to operate ships on the steep slope of the Lake Biwa Canal, with an elevation difference of about 36 meters.
The abandoned railway line has been designated as a cultural property of Kyoto City.
Somei-yoshino and Yamazakura cherry trees were planted along the tracks🌸
A popular cherry blossom spot in Kyoto.
Many people came.
I hope to go next year when it is in full bloom.
