Ramen Motsu Yuzu Noodles (1100 yen)

While waiting in line I was debating whether to get tsukemen or karame, but in the end I got ramen.

The seafood soup has a great punch!

Full of umami and richness.

The thick, gooey soup goes well with the chewy noodles.

The yuzu noodles, which have a hint of yuzu, went perfectly with the soup✨️

The bouncy motsu was really delicious, and I wish I had added some more toppings☺️

There are 4 types of condiments in the drawer.
I especially liked the extra sansho pepper 🙌

They have a kettle of tea, and it's ice cold, which is really appreciated on hot days ✨

Next time I go, I'll try ordering some rice and enjoying it with the soup 💗

✍️I heard that people would line up before the doors opened, so I arrived an hour before they opened.

There was already one group waiting, but more and more people lined up after that.
You have to line up outside before the opening, so be careful on hot days 😢

It was a wonderful restaurant with a courtyard that was renovated from a Kyoto townhouse ✨️
