Kifune, located on the north side of Kyoto.

Kifune Shrine⛩️ is said to be the home of the god of matchmaking. The sound of the Kifune River flowing nearby resonates so much that it feels like a purification spot.

The nearby Mount Kurama is also recommended as a historic mountain⛰️ where the legend of Minamoto no Yoshitsune (Ushiwakamaru) is based.
