Kiyomizu Temple

Kiyomizu Temple, or as Thais are familiar with it, Nam Sai Temple, is an ancient and beautiful temple in Kyoto, built in 778. It is located on a hill covered with various kinds of trees and the pure water of a waterfall flowing through the temple grounds. When combined with the well-preserved ancient Japanese architecture, the scenery here is as beautiful as heaven on earth. It is no wonder that this place was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994.
