Finally I got to try this popular restaurant, and saw many people recommend it! The restaurant's signature dish is the seared medium-rare beef bowl, which is so filling that it overflows from the bowl, in surprisingly large portions and in a variety of flavors. The extra-large slice of beef rib-eye is slightly seared and topped with a fresh egg yolk, which goes great with rice! You can even add additional ingredients such as salmon roe or sea urchin to create the perfect rice bowl! When there is about half of the rice left, you can add the soup stock, nori, green onions, fried tempura crumbs, sesame seeds, etc. provided by the store and enjoy it as tea rice.
