I arrived around 7:30 in the early morning when it wasn't crowded, but I was surprised to see so many foreigners there at that time! ! I had to wait quite a while to get a photo without people in it.
It seems that foreigners also start early in the morning 😅

After passing by Yasaka Tower,
I walked up the hill to the east on Yasaka Street, and the destination was just before Ninenzaka.

There is a weeping cherry tree at Tsuburano, and it is a popular spot to take pictures of Yasaka Tower from there.

The area around the weeping cherry tree was very crowded.
I couldn't get a good angle.

When is the best time to go?
Before the sun rises? Maybe?
It's pretty difficult unless you stay overnight in Kyoto
