Shimogamo Shrine, Kyoto

There are many shrines in Kyoto. After visiting many of them, the following five left the deepest impression on me. Each one is very unique. I wonder if everyone feels the same way?
1️⃣ Kiyomizu Temple (Pictures 2-5)
Although the Kiyomizu Stage at Kiyomizu Temple has a sad story, and the legend that "jumping off the stage will make your wish come true" has caused many people to lose their lives, its design and scenery are truly amazing. Standing in the middle, you feel like you are surrounded by nature and forget that you are in the city.
2️⃣Shimogamo Shrine (Pictures 6-8)
Shimogamo Shrine has a history of 2,000 years. It is located in the Tadasu Forest, which has about 600 giant trees ranging from 200 to 600 years old. No wonder it feels so deep and full of the flavor of the forest. The energy of nature is so strong. (The Mingyue Orchestra Festival is being held)
3️⃣Kibune Shrine and Okusha Shrine (Picture 9-12)
Kibune has its own energy in the mountains and forests. The most impressive part is the Okumiya. It feels a little different as soon as you enter. It happened that the sky started to darken and it started to drizzle, and suddenly I felt that it was not suitable to stay for long.
4️⃣Fushimi Inari Shrine (Pictures 13-16)
It is said that Fushimi Inari Taisha is very quiet at night, but very lively during the day, with many people busy taking pictures. The fox statues and souvenirs are very cute, adding a bit of positive energy!
5️⃣Seimei Shrine (Pictures 17-19)
Seimei Shrine is a shrine dedicated to the Yin-Yang master Abe Seimei. There are various pentagrams in the shrine symbolizing Yin-Yang and the Five Elements. This shrine has a very Japanese feel, like a shrine from an anime, and the blessing of the Yin-Yang Master is awe-inspiring. (Festival on the eve of the Seimei Festival)
