Best Place to Stay When Visiting Nijo Castle in Kyoto with Kids

If you're visiting Kyoto's Nijo Castle with kids, this is the best place to stay. I enjoyed a relaxing sightseeing trip in Kyoto with my younger son.

This is a very small hotel, so it’s super convenient to step outside from your room, and Nijo Castle is right in front of it. It’s an excellent hotel for sightseeing with kids ☺️🤍

The staff were incredibly kind and showed great hospitality, even warmly interacting with my son 🙏😊

By the way, there are plenty of tourist spots near this hotel, such as:
- Nijo Castle
- Hotel The Mitsui Kyoto (for afternoon tea, etc.)
- Zen Kashoin Kyoto Muromachi Main Store
- Mikane Shrine
All of these are within walking distance, so be sure to explore them together.
