Arashiyama Bamboo Grove

The Bamboo Grove is a 400-meter-long path stretching from Nonomiya Shrine through the north gate of Tenryu-ji Temple to Okochi Sanso Villa. Lined with meticulously maintained bamboo on both sides, it is one of Kyoto's most iconic tourist attractions!
