Enjoying Fushimi Inari Taisha in Kyoto

Fushimi Inari Taisha, famous for its connection to the deity Inari, is one of Kyoto's iconic spots. The Thousand Torii Gates are perhaps the most well-known feature. Walking through these gates fills you with a profound sense of sacredness.

At the Okusha Hohaisho, located beyond the torii gates, I tried the "Omokaru Stone" challenge. The idea is to lift the stone while making a wish—if it feels light, your wish is more likely to come true. Unfortunately, it felt heavy for me 😂.

The shrine's facilities were well-maintained and very clean.
