Tenryuji Temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a temple of the Rinzai sect of Zen Buddhism. It was renovated during the Meiji period after a fire.
The garden is beautifully decorated. Every corner is beautiful. There are many trees. There are places to sit and relax. There is a pond with fish. It is also a famous place to see the changing leaves in Kyoto.
The atmosphere is peaceful and cool. If you come to visit the bamboo forest, don't forget to stop by.
