Kyoto Hachijo Miyako Hotel

I highly recommend staying at Kyoto Hachijo Miyako Hotel when visiting Kyoto. This hotel is part of a high-end Japanese hotel chain and is conveniently located near the back exit of Kyoto Station. Just cross the street, and you’ll arrive at the hotel, making it extremely accessible. The surrounding area is also well-equipped with amenities such as Don Quijote, Aeon Mall, and convenience stores, making it an excellent choice for travelers planning to take the Shinkansen or JR trains 🚄.

The rooms are bright, clean, and spacious enough to fully open two 28-inch suitcases 👍. The view from the window is also quite nice, offering a glimpse of the Shinkansen speeding by. However, there might be some slight noise at night, but it’s generally acceptable. The bathroom is relatively standard but very clean!

I recommend adding the breakfast option, which is served in the lobby on the first floor. The variety of dishes is impressive!
