Travel to Japan, update on cherry blossoms in Kyoto

Sakura update: The final stretch of Kyoto is in full bloom, with pink everywhere in downtown Kawaramachi, Gion, and Arashiyama. The highlight is Otsu, with its magnificent cherry blossom tunnel and the mirror-reflecting photo spot at Onjo-ji Temple. It's absolutely stunning!

This trip was a lot of fun, with the train and bus rides. The colors were a bit off-putting, but they really enriched our travel experience.
If you missed the cherry blossoms this year, you can plan for next year. Japan is a great place to visit in any season. 😘
