[Kyoto] "Hashitate Bowl and Noodle Shop"

Located in Eat Paradise in front of the JR West Exit ticket gates at Kyoto Station, Donburi to Noodle Shop Hashitate is a Japanese restaurant directly managed by the Kyoto restaurant Wakuden.

They use the restaurant's broth and other ingredients, so you can enjoy the taste of a restaurant at a reasonable price!

You can also change the boiled noodles to yuba for the bowl and boiled noodle set.

The seasonal yokan "Sasahotaru" that I had for dessert was refreshing and delicious with its matcha bean paste and roasted green tea agar 😋

The "Sansho oil" (5th photo) that you can try at the table is sold next to the cash register, so you can also purchase it!
