Philosopher’s Path (Kyoto)

#mytraveldiary

The Philosopher’s Path is a gentle stone walkway along a canal, framed by cherry blossoms in spring. Walking it felt meditative — no wonder it was favored by the philosopher Nishida Kitaro. The sound of trickling water, the rustling trees, and the occasional temple tucked away along the route made it perfect for reflection. I stopped at small cafes and artisan shops hidden along the way, adding charm to the stroll. During sakura season, petals floated on the water like soft confetti. It’s less about the destination and more about the journey itself. #mytraveldiary
