📌 Kiyomizu-dera Temple, also known as the Clear Water Temple in Thailand, is famous for its autumn foliage. The temple also hosts nighttime illuminations during the fall.

🚍 From JR Kyoto Station, take bus no. 100 or 206 and get off at the Gojozaka or Kiyomizu-michi stops.
🎫 Admission: 500 yen

📌 Tōfuku-ji Temple is one of the most famous autumn foliage spots, with the Tsutenkyou Bridge connecting the buildings as its main highlight. It's also a great spot to see over 2,000 maple trees turning a stunning shade of red. Every year from late November to early December,

🚃 From Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line to Tofukuji Station and walk another 800 meters.

📌 Kinkaku-ji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion, is especially beautiful during the autumn foliage season. In the late afternoon, sunlight reflects off the castle tower in a golden hue, contrasting beautifully with the changing leaves. It's truly a painting.
