Have you ever visited the mystical fox shrine 🦊, 'Fushimi Inari,' which exudes a sacred yet slightly eerie atmosphere?

Fushimi Inari is one of Kyoto's most iconic tourist destinations, a city known for its abundance of fascinating attractions.

⛩️The sight of the red, weathered torii gates lined up along the mountain path creates an incredibly enchanting ambiance.

However, as beautiful as it is, it can get quite crowded, so I highly recommend visiting early in the morning or in the evening.

⏰If you visit around 6 AM, you can enjoy a serene walk up the quiet mountain path.

I've been there twice, and while visiting during the day means dealing with more crowds, it also offers the fun of exploring the nearby shopping streets☺️.

🚉How to get to Fushimi Inari from Kyoto Station

Take the Nara Line from Kyoto Station -> Get off at Inari Station

🚉How to get to Fushimi Inari from Kyoto Kawaramachi Station

Walk about 4 minutes to Gion Shijo Station -> Take the Keihan Main Line -> Get off at Fushimi Inari Station and walk about 5 minutes
