๐Ÿ“ Review of INODA COFFEE Kyoto Main Branch

Inoda Coffee, one of Kyoto's most iconic traditional cafes, was impressive for its classic, time-honored atmosphere. โ˜•๏ธ The entrance had a strong European feel, and the interior, with its red velvet chairs and wooden interior, evoked the essence of a classic coffeehouse. While the clientele varied in age, the overall atmosphere was quiet and refined, allowing for a uniquely relaxed experience in Kyoto.

The coffee was a classic blend, characterized by a rich, full-bodied aroma and a hint of bitterness. The "Kyoto-style coffee," which is typically prepared with sugar and milk, was unique. The balance of sweetness and bitterness was perfect, resulting in a lingering aroma. The desserts, both cheesecake and apple pie, were excellent and complemented the rich flavor of the coffee perfectly. ๐Ÿฐ The logo design on the coffee cup and saucer was also elegant and clearly reflected the brand's identity.

At around 700 yen per cup, the price was a bit higher than typical cafes, but the space itself felt like an experience of "Kyoto history," which was understandable. While there were often lines due to the large number of tourists, the turnover was fast, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it's a classic cafe that's better suited to enjoying the atmosphere and traditional sensibility than the coffee itself. It's a great place to spend a relaxing time during your Kyoto trip. โ˜•๏ธโœจ
