๐ Inoda Coffee Visit Review
Inoda Coffee, a well-established and iconic Kyoto cafรฉ, exudes a sense of history and tradition. โ๏ธ The exterior exudes a classic vibe, while the interior, with its wooden interior and antique lighting, feels like a time travel. The clientele was a mix of locals and tourists, most quietly enjoying their coffee.
The coffee boasts a rich roasted aroma, and the way it's served with milk and sugar was impressive. While the first sip is a bit strong, the lingering richness and sweetness create a pleasant balance. The cakes we ordered alongside were not overly sweet, but rather light, complementing the coffee's bitterness. ๐ฐ The design of the coffee cups and plates also reflects the brand's traditional aesthetic.
Prices ranged from ยฅ600 to ยฅ700 per cup, which is average for a tourist destination. Considering it's a long-established brand, the prices were reasonable. Overall, the focus was more on experiencing the "old Kyoto sensibility" than on the unique flavors. It was a great place to linger and enjoy the atmosphere, rather than just drinking quickly. โ๏ธ
