The oldest Zen temple in Kyoto ✨Kenninji Temple‼︎✨

This time, I recommend Kenninji Temple☺️‼︎✨✨
Admission tickets are 500 yen for adults, 300 yen for high school students, and 200 yen for elementary school students.

Free for children under elementary school age.

As soon as you enter, you will see the national treasure, the Wind God and Thunder God painting! ︎✨This Wind God and Thunder God painting is an elaborately reproduced digital reproduction, and the original seems to be kept in the Kyoto National Museum✨✨

A little further on, you will find Daioen, which is typical of Kyoto😆⭐️

I was able to sit on the veranda of the Hojo and slowly look at the Japanese garden, which was very relaxing😊✨✨

The famous ceiling painting, the Double Dragon painting, was done by Japanese painter Junsaku Koizumi, and the dragons painted with bluish ink were powerful and overwhelming‼︎‼︎✨✨

Kenninji Temple is full of things to see, so why not go and see it😊✨

Address: Komatsu-cho, Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto 605-0811
