Kyoto Tower

Kyoto Tower was the final stop on our one-day Kyoto trip. We started from the Gion district and took the subway. We searched on Google Maps and walked to catch the Karasuma Line at Shijo Station. After two stops, we got off at Kyoto Station. We followed the signs and emerged onto the street, where we saw Kyoto Tower. It was strikingly beautiful, a central landmark of the city, complete with both a train station and a shopping mall.

We took in the view of Kyoto Tower, so we took some photos of the area. It was getting dark.

Across from Kyoto Tower, we saw JR Kyoto Station. We headed there, bought some food, and then took the JR train back to our accommodation in Osaka.
