Location: Men Shokunin Takamatsu Kyoto Station Building Ramen Koji Store
Address: 901 Higashishiokoji-cho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture, 10th floor of Kyoto Station Building, inside Ramen Koji
Access: 5 minutes on foot from JR Kyoto Station
The ramen here uses stone-ground whole wheat flour, so you can really tell the difference in texture from regular tsukemen as you eat it.
The restaurant also provides instructions on how to eat tsukemen, and it was fun to find the way that suited me best.
If you have leftover tsukemen sauce, you can pour the broth from the pot at the end to enjoy it as a soup, so you can finish your meal without any waste.
I don't usually eat tsukemen very often, but I would want to eat at this restaurant again because of the quality.
