Wat Mahathat Laem Sak, an ancient temple that is over 60 years old, Ao Luek District, Krabi Province
.
Inside the temple, you will find a white pagoda that stands tall and prominently, built in Sri Lankan art style. Inside, there are relics of the Lord Buddha for Buddhists to worship and ask for blessings. There is also a statue of the sacred Naga #Phaya Yasman Naga, the sacred saltwater Naga of the Andaman Sea. According to the belief that this sea is the palace of the blue sea Naga, and it is believed that he came to help build the temple to completion, so a statue of him was built under the base of the pagoda. On top of the pagoda, there is a viewpoint where you can see the scenery of the sea and the Laem Sak community in 360 degrees.
